Wedding Invitation Assembly Instructions
The kit for each invitation consists of: Information Pocket Cutout Single Gear Cutout Back Machine Cutout Front Machine Cutout Holographic sticker Sheet of double sided foam pads You’ll also need a firm flat surface to work on and I suggest a ruler and tweezers would come in helpful.
You will need
Turn over the pocket cutout so the adhesive strips are facing downwards Turn over the pocket cutout so the adhesive strips are facing downwards Fold it upwards until vertical Fold it upwards until vertical Make sure the ruler is carefully lined up Make sure the ruler is carefully lined up
1  Folding One Edge Of The Pocket Cutout
Line up the ruler with the bottom fold marks on the pocket cutout Line up the ruler with the bottom fold marks on the pocket cutout Holding the ruler firmly, fold up the rest of the cutout Holding the ruler firmly, fold up the rest of the cutout The bottom flap should look like this The bottom flap should look like this Flatten the edge with the ruler Flatten the edge with the ruler
2  Folding the Remaining Edges
Line up the ruler with each remaining edge and fold them up Line up the ruler with each remaining edge and fold them up For the remaining edge continue folding until vertical For the remaining edge continue folding until vertical Carefully use the ruler to fold over each of the middle folds Carefully use the ruler to fold over each of the middle folds Carefully use the ruler to fold over each of the middle folds Carefully fold the pocket cutout over onto itself Carefully fold the pocket cutout over onto itself Firmly press down all the edges so it is folded flat Firmly press down all the edges so it is folded flat Now the pocket cutout is flat there should just be the unused tape sticking out at the bottom Now the pocket cutout is flat there should just be the unused tape sticking out at the bottom
3  Fold and Stick The Right side together
Get ready to fold the pocket cutout in half Get ready to fold the pocket cutout in half Make sure you fold it in half along the left hand fold mark Make sure you fold it in half along the left hand fold mark Peel the backing off the tape on the side edge Peel the backing off the tape on the side edge Smooth down the whole pocket cutout again and press firmly along the taped edge Smooth down the whole pocket cutout again and press firmly along the taped edge
4  Stick On The Fire and Gear 
Peel the backing off the holographic sticker and line it up with the box marked 'f' Firmly smooth down the sticker Firmly smooth down the sticker Firmly smooth the gear in place Firmly smooth the gear in place
5  Stick On The Back Machine Cutout
Hold the cutout above the foam pads and line up the nearest corner Hold the cutout above the foam pads and line up the nearest corner Gently lower the rest of the cutout in place checking the corners line up Gently lower the rest of the cutout in place checking the corners line up Turn it over so the front rests on the table and firmly smooth it down to ensure the foam pads stick Turn it over so the front rests on the table and firmly smooth it down to ensure the foam pads stick The front should now look like this The front should now look like this
6  Stick On The Front Machine Cutout
Hold the cutout over the foam pads and line up the edge Gently lower the cutout onto the foam pads checking that the corners line up Gently lower the cutout onto the foam pads checking that the corners line up Turn it over, lay the front on the table and firmly smooth it down Turn it over, lay the front on the table and firmly smooth it down It should now look like this It should now look like this
7  Open Up The Pocket And Stick The Bottom
Adjust the sides so the pocket opening is symmetrical - not slanted Adjust the sides so the pocket opening is symmetrical - not slanted Fold the end flap with the tape into the pocket Fold the end flap with the tape into the pocket Keep checking the pocked is still symmentrical and fold the remaining flap up Keep checking the pocked is still symmentrical and fold the remaining flap up The bottom of the pocket should look like this The bottom of the pocket should look like this Peel the backing from the tape on the flap Peel the backing from the tape on the flap Check and adjust the pocket so it is symmetrical - not slanted, then fold the remaining flap up Check and adjust the pocket so it is symmetrical - not slanted, then fold the remaining flap up The bottom of the pocket should now look like this The bottom of the pocket should now look like this To ensure the bottom tape is secure, repeatedly push a ruler down inside the pocket against the table The pocket should now be rigid and keep its shape The pocket should now be rigid and keep its shape Open up the pocket by folding its sides until they are vertical Open up the pocket by folding its sides until they are vertical
8  Fix In The Printed Invitation Message

You are now ready to stick on the Back Machine Cutout You are now ready to stick on the Back Machine Cutout
